These terms govern the use of Vyxel: vyxelapp.com and the Vyxel mobile apps. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

The service

Vyxel helps UGC content creators edit their videos (hooks, texts, automatic editing), schedule them and publish them to their TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube accounts. The mobile apps are used to send videos to your Vyxel account and follow your uploads: the account, subscription, social connections and calendar are managed on vyxelapp.com.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for what is done from your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has used your account.

Plans and payment

Vyxel offers a limited free trial and paid subscriptions, described on vyxelapp.com. Subscriptions are only taken out on the website, paid through Stripe and renew automatically every period (month or year) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account: the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.

The service starts as soon as you subscribe. By subscribing, you ask for this immediate start and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has begun, as EU consumer law allows for digital content and services.

The mobile apps are free and offer no purchases.

Your content

You keep ownership of the videos, images and texts you send. You only grant us the right to store them, modify them (editing, adding texts, adapting to formats) and publish them to the accounts you connected, for the sole purpose of providing the service.

You guarantee that you hold the necessary rights to your content (images, music, brands, people filmed) and the right to publish it for the brands you work with.

What is not allowed

Publishing content that is illegal, misleading, hateful, violent, sexual involving minors, or that infringes other people's rights.
Using Vyxel for spam, engagement manipulation or any use that breaks the platforms' rules.
Trying to access other users' accounts or data, or disrupting the service.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Availability

We do what it takes to keep Vyxel running at all times, without being able to guarantee it: maintenance or outages at our providers or the platforms can interrupt it. When a post fails, Vyxel lets you know so you can retry it.

Liability

Vyxel is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages and to the amount you paid us over the last 12 months. We are not responsible for the content you publish or for indirect losses (audience, revenue, brand deals). Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

Ending the contract

You can delete your account at any time in Account › Delete my account: your subscription is then cancelled and your data erased as described in the privacy policy. We may close an account for a serious breach of these terms, after warning you except in an emergency.

Changes

We may update these terms. For a significant change, we let you know by email at least 30 days in advance; if you disagree, you can cancel before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of disagreement, write to us first at vyxel.app@outlook.com to find an amicable solution. If you are a consumer, you can also turn to a consumer mediator free of charge, and you keep the right to go to the courts of your place of residence.
